I went shopping with two friends on Monday night and after every purchase I was sent away with a "Happy Holidays". Most and I will say most of the clerks who are working their rear ends off for very little money (and that is a topic for another day) were very pleasant. However, I gotta ask what the hell has happened to an old fashioned "Merry Christmas"? I guess we have to be so "politically correct" in today's world of everybody getting offended that we cannot even say Merry Christmas. I say screw that! I refuse to say "Happy Holidays"! For me it's Merry Christmas all the way. If you don't like it, you know what you can do! I am really getting sick and tired of all this "politically correct krap. It's rotting us away from the inside out. If one of my Jewish friends wished me a Happy Hanukah I would not be offended. It's his holiday and I'm glad I can celebrate it in some way with him.
