GRIPE SHOTS

WOW, have the Gripes been piling up over the past few days.  It's seems that people have lost their minds.  When the mind goes and things pile up, it means that it is time to "Line Em' Up.  It's time to sit back, grab a glass and summon your favorite Gripetender.  I need it bad!  I need to slam down a few GRIPE SHOTS.

Lauren Harrington-Cooper

 
I see that WVW teacher Lauren Harrington-Cooper is back in the news.  No surprise here.  If you remember several weeks ago Cooper was arrested and charged with institutional assault for having sex with an 18 years old senior student at the Taj Mahal in Plymouth.  Why, why is the WVW HS in that dump of a town Plymouth.  Sorry, I got side tracked.  Now "Lips Lauren" has been charged with sexual contact with a student and the corruption of a minor.  It appears that performed oral sex on the senior three times and had intercourse with him twice, the alleged victim told authorities. When questioned by law enforcement, the teacher allegedly admitted to picking up the senior, driving around and having intercourse twice in her vehicle and oral sex once in her vehicle.  Apparently the parents of the 17 year old boy found explicit text and email messages from "Lips" to the boy.  At first, I want to say, a two thumbs up for the boys.  Scoring with the hot teacher!  However, what the hell is wrong with this woman?  She is a teacher for gods sake!  She can't be doing this kind of stuff.  At least wait until the guys graduate you moron.  There are tons of high octane, testosterone filled boys over 18 who would love to take care of your needs.  Furthermore, how dumb can you be to put this stuff in writing?  And she was teaching the youth of the West Side.

Karen A. Reilly

I normally would save this one for the Schmuck of the Week, but it enraged me so much I just had to GRIPE IT!  Karen A. Reilly of Heisz St in Edwardsville was charged with 31 counts of animal cruelty and 19 counts of not having dogs licensed and vaccinated after authorities discovered 11 live dogs in a trailer on Echo Valley Drive.  As he approached the trailer a Kingston Twp Police Officer said, "It had the smell of death".  Once inside, authorities found 11 live dogs along with the bodies of 3 dead dogs.  The entire trailer was infested with maggots, flies, fleas and rotting flesh.  Fecal waste material was several inches deep in most areas and there was no food or water.  After her arrest, Reilly stated that she was trying to save money so she could have two other dogs cremated.  WHAT!  WHAT!  ARE YOU FREAKIN' KIDDING ME!  This woman should be pistol whipped to within an inch of her worthless life.  Then drawn and quartered on Public Square.  After that, the dogs that she made suffer should be made a big meal out of her useless flesh.  I just don't know how people can do this to animals.  Right now I want to hunt this piece of garbage down and rip her lungs out.

Finally, I have had enough with Channel 16 and their news broadcasts.  There is news at 4:30am, 5:00am, 5:30am, 4:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm and 6:00pm.  During all of these useless news broadcasts, they sensationalize the smallest story as if it was worthy of national headlines.  Case in point, on Friday morning, they led with the river levels.  They led in with that if we had a quick thaw there could be river troubles.  Of course this riles up all of the gullible Senior Citizens and they start running for the hills.  When the switched over to Tom "The Corpse" Clark he reported that the Susquehanna River may crest at 15 feet and there would be nothing to worry about.  If there is nothing to worry about then how is this even news?  When we are scheduled for 1 to 3 inches of snow they make it out to be equal to the blizzard of 93.  This fires up the old cronies to run for bread and milk.  Channel 16 promotes themselves as the news station, but in reality they are just a few boneheads trying to get viewers by sensationalizing yocal local stories.  By the way, I love the way people threaten to call 16 if they don't get what they want in the retail sector.  Go ahead and call you filthy bastards.  I ain't a scared of them.

That's it for now.  I actually do have more, but I'm cramping up and my blood pressure is rising as I type.  However, I do feel a little bit better.  This Channel 16 stuff really drives me up the wall.  I do like the Talkback 16 though.  It really shows the Neanderthal like mentality of the Valley.
